Simply Lynn’s Holiday Return Policy 2018.
We want you to do your holiday shopping here at Simply Lynn’s, but we understand if something doesn’t work out quite right. (fit, size, color, etc.)
Beginning November 20, 2018 – December 31, 2018, all items purchased will be eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. To be eligible for exchange, in the notes section of your order please include: “This is a gift.” This will protect you from being ineligible for the exchange due to our 14-day return period.
All purchases made as a gift are still eligible for our 14-calendar day return policy if the item is returned by that 14-day mark, otherwise you are protected for an exchange.
After the December 31, 2018 purchase date eligibility, you will have 14 calendar days to make an exchange. All items wanting to be exchanged from orders placed on 11-20-18 to 12-31-18 must be post-marked by January 14, 2019.
You are required to fill out the following form in order to process the exchange. In order for the exchange to be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and scents, tags must still be attached and the item in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to process any returns/exchanges that violate this policy.
All Accessories, Scarves, Hats, Jewelry, Bralettes, Leggings & Surprise Bag Purchases are Final Sale & are NOT eligible for exchange.
